The golden days of California porn are over. The Aids Healthcare Foundation has colluded with Cal-OSHA and gone after production in the state so vigorously that most of the studios have either left the state or are in the process of leaving. Cal-OSHA has nearly regulated porn out of California. The low end is indeed $50 for certain 'studios' but the point is rather moot since the market for gay porn is nearly dead thanks to piracy and - not to sound republican, but this time it's true - burdensome regulation.
